We’re introducing the ITTL Circle, an exclusive referral recognition program for members who bring fellow HR leaders into the ITTL community.

Here is exactly how it works:

📌 Step 1 : RSVP on the Event Page RSVPing simply lets us know that you are participating in the program and that we can expect new members registering under your reference

📌 Step 2 : Start Referring! 1 referral is strictly counted ONLY when a new member signs up on our website and adds your name in the "Referred By" field and they are approved by admins ( Only HRs)
